This letter will be sent to the Client confirming the agreement between the Client and GSCS for GSCS’ services. It covers the issues regarding confidentiality of data, outline of the services to be provided, fees etc.

itero Customer Agreement
This is an agreement between the Client and GSCS for the use of itero the on line reporting system. It covers the issues related to password protection, confidentiality, system availability etc.

itero Tariff Agreement
This agreement covers those situations where the Client pays a fee specifically for use of itero. However, for most clients access to the itero system is included in the operating agreement fee.
